We are on the lookout for a Civil Project Engineer to join our vibrant team. Here, you will be immersed in a culture that emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous development. As part of our civil engineering group, you will engage in a variety of projects, including notable works like Edwards Lifesciences and Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our California and Texas studios to bring community-first, high-performance designs to fruition.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to strategize, design, and implement civil engineering solutions.

  • Contribute to project direction, timelines, and coordination to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Prepare and manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction phases.

  • Assist in construction administration by addressing RFIs and reviewing submissions.

  • Mentor junior designers to promote technical growth and collaborative spirit.

  • Engage in professional organizations to further the field of civil engineering.
