Role Overview
In your capacity as the City Business Head, you will act as the CEO of your city, managing the complete P&L, driving investment wallet growth, and overseeing team and channel performance. This role emphasizes hands-on, field-focused strategies aimed at direct customer acquisition, partner development (including IFAs, DSAs, MFDs, and wealth advisors), team building, and executing processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities
Market & Growth
* Develop and implement the city go-to-market strategy: encompassing micro market mapping, pincode coverage, and optimized funnel & beat plans.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for investment volume (₹), number of FDs, Bonds, mutual funds, active customer base, and repeat investments.
* Propel growth of the investment wallet through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and city-level campaigns.
Channel & Partnerships
* Recruit, activate, and expand channel partners (including IFAs, DSAs, wealth boutiques, community leaders, housing societies, and corporates).
* Manage partner onboarding, training, collaborative customer events, incentive structures, and ensure performance standards.
* Maintain high levels of partner productivity (activations, conversion rates, average ticket size, compliance scores).
* Lead direct sales and enhance customer experience by engaging in high-stakes meetings and securing marquee customers/accounts.
* Ensure exceptional NPS through seamless KYC/documentation processes, prompt turnaround times, and clear communication.
Team Building & Leadership
* Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 field sales representatives (minimum 2 years prior experience in team management required).
