Role Overview

As the Head of Talent, you will play a vital role in shaping our most important asset: our team. You will lead and expand our recruiting efforts, creating systems and processes to attract top-tier talent. This position combines hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain an exceptionally high standard for talent, ensuring a superb candidate experience.
  • Establish a comprehensive, inclusive, and streamlined AI-focused recruiting operation, including tools, systems, and reporting structures.
  • Act as a full-cycle recruiter for critical technical and go-to-market roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and company founders to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Serve as a passionate ambassador for Fractional AI, enhancing our employer brand.
