Role Overview
As the Head of Talent, you will play a vital role in shaping our most important asset: our team. You will lead and expand our recruiting efforts, creating systems and processes to attract top-tier talent. This position combines hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain an exceptionally high standard for talent, ensuring a superb candidate experience.
- Establish a comprehensive, inclusive, and streamlined AI-focused recruiting operation, including tools, systems, and reporting structures.
- Act as a full-cycle recruiter for critical technical and go-to-market roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and company founders to understand their needs and priorities.
- Serve as a passionate ambassador for Fractional AI, enhancing our employer brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition within early-stage and/or engineering-driven companies.
- Exceptional people management skills with the ability to build trust and inspire followership.
- Thorough understanding of technical recruiting, with strong judgment on what constitutes exceptional talent.
- A data-driven mindset, with a penchant for experimentation and continuous improvement.
- A successful track record in developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies.
