Role Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will shape and lead Omada’s commercial strategy, driving both immediate results and long-term growth. This is not a standard commercial leadership role. The CRO will architect and steer a commercial engine that fuels sustained growth through established and emerging channels. Integrating AI into Omada’s go-to-market approach, increasing accessibility, and preparing the company for its next phase are central to this role.
This position blends commercial execution, product experience, and enterprise transformation. The CRO will be responsible for revenue goals as well as the broader commercial conditions that support Omada’s ongoing impact and performance. Success in this role requires a leader energized by ambitious targets, operational complexity, and mission-driven growth.
What You Will Do
Drive Enterprise Growth
- Lead commercial execution in line with Omada’s long-term growth plans, balancing immediate performance with scalable, sustainable results.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow covered lives, enrollment, revenue, and market penetration over time.
- Identify potential execution risks early and create contingency plans to keep momentum through market changes, policy shifts, or operational challenges.
Create and Expand Markets
- Expand Omada’s presence across health plans, PBMs, employers, Medicare, government, health systems, and other key growth channels.
- Independently lead sales efforts to payers and employers, consistently meeting or exceeding enrollment and revenue goals.
- Develop new channels, business models, and growth strategies to accelerate Omada’s scale and market presence.
