Join our dynamic team at Libra as a Chief of Staff, where you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the executive team to steer company-wide initiatives. This key position requires a proactive individual who excels in collaboration across departments to achieve operational excellence and foster business growth. You will transform strategic concepts into tangible projects, offer essential support in decision-making, and cultivate cross-functional alignment throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic and operational assistance to the CEO in all business areas.
  • Manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring cohesive execution across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations teams.
  • Draft board materials, investor communications, and internal updates.
  • Support comprehensive fundraising efforts including pitch deck preparation, data room management, investor outreach, and due diligence coordination.
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships with investors, advisors, partners, and key external parties.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to guide company strategy and operational decision-making.
  • Enhance and develop internal processes, rituals, and systems in line with company growth.
  • Engage in special projects as required, regardless of scale or complexity.
  • Collaborate with executives to execute the company’s strategic goals and priorities.
  • Lead critical projects across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Prepare and manage key executive reports, business communications, and presentations.
  • Synthesize complex data and insights to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of new initiatives across the organization.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between executive leadership and broader teams.
