Key Responsibilities:Brand & Positioning:Co-develop Superpower's brand strategy, including voice, visual identity, messaging framework, and market positioning alongside the Head of Media & Design. Establish and maintain brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints. Craft compelling narratives that position Superpower as a leader in preventive health. Marketing Flows:Design and enhance high-converting landing pages that align with our brand and effectively convert visitors into members. Develop scalable marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, partnerships, and initiatives that expose Superpower to new audiences. Manage the marketing aspects of critical funnels, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing conversion rates at each stage.

In this role, you will oversee marketing strategy, budget allocation, team development, and the creation of a legendary lifestyle brand in health. The responsibilities are substantial; you'll be managing a high-performing team, handling budgets in the tens of millions, and navigating multiple channels and products. Your innovative efforts will significantly influence the company's trajectory.


About the Role

As the CMO, you will be responsible for the entire marketing function at Superpower, encompassing brand development, storytelling, media buying, customer lifecycle management, and conversion strategies. Your role will integrate every interaction potential clients have with Superpower into a seamless, high-performing system.

You’ll step into a well-established foundation, with a performance marketing leader already executing paid channels, a talented production team, and a product that resonates with our members. Your role will be to unify these elements—building the brand, scaling content production, optimizing the customer journey, and establishing Superpower as the leading name in preventive health.

This is a player-coach position, where everyone, including leadership, is expected to contribute as an individual contributor. You will define the strategy and work alongside your team. If you are skilled in copywriting, creative review, data analysis, and roadmap development, this is the opportunity for you.
