About the Role
As the CMO, you will be responsible for the entire marketing function at Superpower, encompassing brand development, storytelling, media buying, customer lifecycle management, and conversion strategies. Your role will integrate every interaction potential clients have with Superpower into a seamless, high-performing system.
You’ll step into a well-established foundation, with a performance marketing leader already executing paid channels, a talented production team, and a product that resonates with our members. Your role will be to unify these elements—building the brand, scaling content production, optimizing the customer journey, and establishing Superpower as the leading name in preventive health.
This is a player-coach position, where everyone, including leadership, is expected to contribute as an individual contributor. You will define the strategy and work alongside your team.
