Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, or alliance management within a B2B technology context. Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken. Demonstrated success in acquiring new partners or logos, with a strong hunter mentality. In-depth understanding of the enterprise landscape in the GCC, including buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and cultural nuances. Ability to sell technical solutions (APIs, SaaS platforms, integrations) and engage in credible technical discussions, though coding skills are not required. Based in the UAE, with a willingness to travel frequently across GCC markets. Possessing a valid UAE driving license is preferred. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure. A pre-existing network of channel partners, system integrators, or enterprise tech buyers within the GCC. Experience with developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, open banking platforms). A background in telecommunications, cloud services, or value-added distribution is advantageous.

You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing strategic channel partnerships with resellers, white-label partners, system integrators, and enterprise end-users through these partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential channel partners across the GCC, including resellers, distributors, system integrators, ISVs, and fintech platforms.
  • Take ownership of the entire partner acquisition process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and finalizing partnership agreements.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies with established partners, including co-selling efforts, partner enablement, and collaborative pipeline development.
  • Drive end-user revenue through the partner channel, ensuring that partnerships translate into tangible results.
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized pipeline of partner opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner briefings, and client meetings throughout the GCC.
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to effectively communicate complex solutions (APIs, SDKs, AI platforms) and craft compelling value propositions for partners.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partner revenue, activation metrics, and deal progression.
