Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and update the partner pricebook ensuring real-time accuracy and timely SKU updates in accordance with new product launches.
    Enhance partner account structures to streamline onboarding processes, hierarchy management, and agreement reviews through effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create and implement standardized partner margin frameworks to facilitate predictable, transparent, and auditable financial calculations.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and development of tools and integrations that connect partner systems to Docker's CPQ/PRM ecosystem, enhancing operational efficiency and partner experiences.
  • Define, operationalize, and continuously improve processes related to Docker-sourced versus partner-sourced opportunities, including deal registration and approval workflows.
  • Refine quoting workflows to boost speed, accuracy, and partner support capabilities.
  • Develop and scale self-serve workflows to streamline partner-sourced transactions, minimizing manual interventions and expediting deal closures.
  • Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to evaluate partner performance, pipeline contributions, and operational health, guiding strategic decisions and optimizations.
