Role overview
The Change Management Process Development & Training Specialist will play a key part in shaping how Scout Motors manages change as it develops electric pickups and rugged SUVs. This role centers on improving and standardizing change management processes, as well as creating and leading training programs that support these improvements across the organization.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document scalable workflows that meet business goals and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with teams in systems, engineering, purchasing, and production to standardize processes company-wide.
- Align hardware and software change management processes for consistency.
- Use data and metrics to assess process effectiveness and recommend solutions.
- Create training materials, including guides, job aids, and visual process maps.
- Onboard new team members with structured training focused on process understanding and execution.
- Measure training impact using feedback, performance metrics, and knowledge checks.
- Implement process standards from the VW Group and integrate best practices into Scout Motors’ operations.
