AvePoint is on the lookout for a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic Client Services division. This role is pivotal in facilitating our clients' digital transformation and modern workplace initiatives.
What Will You Be Doing?
Your mission is to expertly manage change throughout our digital transformation projects, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers while enhancing their adoption rates. You will collaborate closely with clients to create tailored change management strategies that align with the specific needs of each project. This includes developing supporting materials and executing initiatives to bring the plan to fruition.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Leading the change management aspects of projects, from research and implementation to assessment and completion.
• Designing and delivering training sessions, including e-learning modules for diverse audiences, such as customer management and leadership.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and team members.
• Proactively recognizing and resolving client challenges with the aim of exceeding expectations.
• Mapping user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Producing user guides and documentation that adapt as the program evolves, incorporating feedback and local requirements.
• Analyzing the impact of changes on organizational processes, systems, and personnel, and identifying potential risks while creating strategies to mitigate resistance and facilitate a smoother transition.
• Crafting effective communication strategies tailored to various audiences to ensure clear messaging that resonates with stakeholders.
• Engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels to garner support for change initiatives, ensuring awareness, commitment, and adoption of the project.
