THE ROLE

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service to join our Darwin depot as Casual Support & Cleaning Agents. You will report directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our fleet of campervans remains in excellent condition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client requests.
  • Prepare and verify campervans are equipped before each booking.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions.
  • Assist with moving and parking vans, including client pickups from the airport.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and consumables at the depot.
  • Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs and maintenance as needed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a van.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role, including prolonged walking, bending, and standing.
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
