THE ROLEWe are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service to join our Darwin depot as Casual Support & Cleaning Agents. You will report directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our fleet of campervans remains in excellent condition.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client requests.Prepare and verify campervans are equipped before each booking.Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions.Assist with moving and parking vans, including client pickups from the airport.Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and consumables at the depot.Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs and maintenance as needed.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a van.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role, including prolonged walking, bending, and standing.A keen eye for cleanliness and detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Immediate availability preferred.
