Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams to provide support for existing systems, translating business concepts and requirements into actionable solutions and roadmaps. Conduct thorough research and analysis of client business processes to offer recommendations and influence project directions. Evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions, advising clients and key stakeholders accordingly. Collaborate with business constituents to define and prioritize ongoing technology needs, determining application controls and security requirements, ensuring proper documentation. Coordinate technical and application support with third-party vendors. Engage in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and analysis.

Team Overview: Within our IT department, the Retail Solutions team plays a pivotal role in strategizing, planning, and implementing technology solutions for Nintendo of America’s key stakeholders, including consumers, retailers, and suppliers. This position will support our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Order Management (SOM) platforms, along with future deployments of Salesforce products such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
