The Role:
As a Business Systems Analyst / Administrator within the Business Systems and Insights team, you will act as a crucial link between business operations and technology. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, configuring, and maintaining our core systems to enhance efficiency, support financial workflows, and deliver strategic solutions.
Location: This role requires 2-3 days a week in-office presence in Soho, NY.
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, system workflows, and configuration designs.
• Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, accounting, CRM, back-office tools).
• Lead system upgrades, new implementations, and integration projects; manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system changes.
• Train end users, create documentation (user guides, SOPs), and provide post-implementation support.
• Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis for issues, and proactively recommend process improvements.
