As a Business System Analyst at NCS, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements, assessing implementation feasibility, and leading IT projects to successful outcomes. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be essential in developing technical solutions, enhancing systems, and ensuring that business needs are effectively met.
Business & Technical Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements and processes, documenting findings comprehensively.
- Evaluate feasibility, manage project scope, and ensure effective implementation of systems.
- Perform gap analysis of current business processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to address project-related challenges.
- Collaborate with teams from our development center in China to ensure seamless alignment of technical requirements and project timelines.
System Development & Implementation
- Create technical design specifications and convert them into actionable process or program specifications.
- Engage in system design reviews, coding, and code evaluations.
- Configure hardware, software, and associated documentation as necessary.
- Support integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the overall implementation process.
- Develop user and operations manuals and conduct training for end-users and operators.
Post-Implementation Support
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and manage service requests.
- Extract and analyze data to resolve system-related issues.
- Escalate and discuss critical challenges, such as scope creep, with relevant management.
- Monitor project progress, offer updates, and efficiently address issues as they arise.
- Work with both Salesforce and legacy systems, supporting Day 1 and Day 2 projects.
