Role Overview
As an integral member of our expanding talent acquisition team, you will report directly to the Head of Business Recruiting and oversee the complete recruitment cycle across various business units (e.g., Sales, HR, Legal, Finance). You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent while enhancing and scaling our recruitment processes during a period of significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand recruitment needs and implement effective strategies for attracting talent.
Source and screen candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Provide prompt updates and constructive feedback to hiring teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Create a thoughtful and engaging candidate journey from initial outreach to job offer.
Manage a full pipeline of 10–12 requisitions simultaneously, balancing competing priorities through strong organizational skills.
Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment workflows and documentation across business functions.
Work in tandem with coordinators and other recruiters to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
