Qualifications

Expectations and TasksStrong educational background, preferably with an MBA, MCA, or Engineering Degree. A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in implementing SAP Fioneer Payment Engine and Banking Services (Deposits/Loans Management) modules. Proficient in managing the Customer Engagement Life Cycle from pre-sales to requirement gathering, solution design, build, and implementation. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Payment Engine and Banking Services modules (Deposits/Loans/Master Contract/Collateral Management). Expertise in Payment Engine functions such as Enrichment & Validation, Routing Control, Clearing & Settlement, and integration with Account Management systems and clearing channels. Knowledge of Customer (Business Partner) and Account Management Life Cycle. Competence in Product Configuration and Features, Pricing/Condition Framework, End of Day processing, and Correspondence and Bank Statements. Familiarity with web services, Enterprise Services, PI interfaces, REST APIs, and OData for seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Translate intricate business requirements into clear product and solution designs.
  • Utilize your comprehensive banking industry knowledge to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Propose cutting-edge products and solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Lead transformation projects aimed at achieving operational excellence, improved customer experiences, and sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience is essential, alongside strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience in conducting customer workshops for requirement gathering, presenting solution designs, and proficiency in creating BRD, Functional Specification documents, and process flows.
  • Proven success in collaborative team environments.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and grow in alignment with the organization’s vision.
