With over 6 years of experience in pioneering companies like Urban Company and Swiggy, I’ve been deeply involved in crafting sales pipelines, establishing processes from the ground up, and identifying demand even when no guidelines were available. I thrive in dynamic environments and understand what it takes to achieve results amidst chaos.
To me, demand generation transcends merely filling the top of the funnel; it encompasses owning the entire revenue journey—from the initial interaction to maximizing customer lifetime value. At Flent, I view sales and customer success as interconnected. When a sale is made with clear expectations, retention follows naturally. Conversely, if expectations are misaligned, customer value diminishes prematurely.
I favor a high-trust approach, allowing my team to operate independently, but I remain detail-oriented and data-driven, recognizing that revenue success is rooted in well-defined systems and exceptional execution.
Currently, our sales funnel functions but lacks clarity and is overly reliant on individual performance. We seek a candidate who can enhance visibility, foster accountability, and transform demand into a scalable process. About the Role
Demand at Flent influences every aspect of revenue.
The process begins when a potential customer discovers us and continues well after they come on board—encompassing education, qualification, scheduling, closing, setting expectations, NPS, retention, and LTV—it’s all interconnected.
While parts of this journey are functional, they lack transparency and coherence. Teams often work in isolation, processes are not owned, and data is dispersed. Accountability remains weak.
This position does not come with a pre-defined playbook. Instead, it presents a problem statement and the freedom to devise solutions independently. The role is intentionally open-ended; we’re searching for someone who can define the strategy, implement it swiftly, and adapt rapidly.
We firmly believe that growth is not merely a challenge of manpower. The potential of an individual has never been greater—provided they know how to leverage available tools. The ideal candidate will view each week as a cycle, continuously iterating and improving.
