We are seeking a proactive Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to spearhead customer lifecycle analytics within our Analytics & Insights team, a vital part of Collibra's Strategy function. In this role, you will delve into how customers engage with, expand, and achieve success using Collibra's platform, while establishing scalable and governed analytical frameworks that increasingly leverage AI.
This position intersects strategic analytics and the evolving ways Collibra utilizes its own data. You will manage a key analytics domain from start to finish, including customer health, product adoption, expansion trends, and renewal dynamics. Additionally, you will influence how we govern the data and semantic models that support these insights, moving towards AI-powered self-service analytics. We are committed to making Collibra its own first customer for data governance and AI-assisted discovery, and this role is integral to that vision.
Reporting to the Director of Analytics and Insights, you will serve as the dedicated analytics partner for our Services leadership and contribute significantly to the cross-functional diagnostic frameworks relied upon by our executive committee. Collaborating closely with our Data Office, RevOps, Product teams, and senior stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insights that go beyond mere data delivery.
