Your Role
As our first Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be at the forefront of engaging eCommerce leaders who need to understand the capabilities of autonomous AI agents. Your mission is to penetrate accounts, secure meetings with key decision-makers, and build a pipeline that generates six and seven-figure deals for our Account Executive (AE) team.
The opportunity: excel in this role for 12-18 months, and you will be promoted to AE, significantly increasing your on-target earnings (OTE) as you transition from booking meetings to closing substantial deals.
Reality check: prospecting is challenging. You may send numerous emails that go unanswered, face hang-ups, and experience ghosted meetings. However, you will also break into challenging accounts, secure meetings that lead to major deals, and learn AI-driven sales techniques from day one. If you are competitive, driven, and eager to demonstrate your hunting abilities, this is your chance.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development: Identify and prospect target e-commerce accounts with the aim of generating qualified meetings that convert into substantial deals.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize email, LinkedIn, phone calls, events, and creative approaches to penetrate accounts.
Account Research: Gain a deep understanding of the companies you contact, including their technology stack, challenges, and key buyers before outreach.
Organizational Navigation: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within organizations.
