Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with our Local Business Development Managers (LBDMs) to drive the success of AG Barr brands within key retail outlets. Adhering to the AVDV principles, your role will ensure that our products are correctly placed, available in the right quantities, and showcased effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prioritizing Health, Safety, and Wellbeing as an integral part of our culture.
  • Implementing agreements made by the LBDMs at local and regional levels.
  • Enhancing brand visibility and awareness through top-notch execution at points of purchase.
  • Managing a diverse territory with a minimum of 7 retailer visits per day.

Team Mission:

  • Expand brand distribution through education targeted at multiple retailers.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on perfect execution to drive Return on Sales (ROS).
  • Support AG Barr's brand ambitions and innovation strategies within the multiples sector.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Educating retailers about AG Barr's core brands in your assigned territory.
  • Merchandising our brands effectively in each outlet to optimize sales.
  • Creating impactful displays to enhance consumer awareness and encourage impulse purchasing.
