ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with a track record of success in outbound prospecting, particularly within the MSP or IT services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling and prospecting on behalf of various MSPs, scheduling qualified first-time meetings, and guiding leads through the initial stages of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong ability to learn quickly, adapt messaging efficiently, and confidently engage with MSP terminology (including services, pain points, jargon, and value propositions).
This position is ideal for a driven and ambitious salesperson who excels in outbound prospecting, communicates effectively, writes with clarity, and is comfortable spending the majority of their time on the phone.
