Role overview
The Business Development Representative - DACH, based in London, focuses on creating new business opportunities in the DACH region. Persistence, resourcefulness, and the ability to engage decision-makers are key to success. The position requires frequent outreach, especially cold calling, and benefits from strong research abilities and effective storytelling in marketing settings.
Main responsibilities
- Identify and contact key decision-makers at leading brands to open new business opportunities, including conducting needs assessment calls with assigned prospects.
- Support Marketing and Sales by generating leads and qualifying both inbound and outbound prospects through channels such as phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
- Work closely with an assigned Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager, as well as the marketing team, to achieve individual and team sales goals. Help develop communication plans for prospects and ensure quality product demonstrations.
- Present Emplifi’s value proposition and arrange online product demos and in-person meetings for the Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager.
