As a BDR, you'll take charge of the entire sales cycle, engaging in prospecting, conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling demos, and successfully closing deals. This position is designed to cultivate your sales expertise through a structured coaching framework, comprehensive playbooks, and robust hands-on support. You'll acquire the skills necessary to effectively manage a fast-paced sales pipeline, forge meaningful connections with small business owners, and confidently secure new business opportunities. Your success will be measured by your follow-up diligence, pipeline management skills, and your ability to integrate feedback swiftly. Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to effectively build and manage your sales pipeline.

  • Conduct discovery conversations, present demos, and expertly guide prospects through the complete sales process with the support of coaching.

  • Efficiently manage a rapidly evolving pipeline with meticulous follow-up and attention to detail in our CRM system.

  • Utilize feedback from training sessions, role plays, and coaching to continuously enhance your sales techniques.

  • Work closely with your sales cohort and leadership to exchange insights, refine messaging, and contribute positively to team culture.

  • Act as a professional ambassador for Topline Pro, establishing trust with small business owners through enthusiasm and integrity.

  • Passionate about building a career in sales with a desire to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Receptive to constructive feedback, quick to implement changes, and able to demonstrate measurable progress.

  • Adept at learning new technologies and can provide examples of using tools (including AI) to enhance productivity.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine interest in connecting with home service professionals in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Well-organized and diligent in maintaining an updated pipeline, managing follow-ups, and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
