About the Role

Are you eager to embark on a sales career and make a tangible difference in the tech industry? As a Business Development Representative at Sona, you will join a high-performing early-stage team that is tackling real challenges with an essential product and significant growth potential.

This position provides you with dedicated mentorship from top-performing Account Executives and a clear career advancement path, ideal for individuals who excel in taking ownership and establishing best practices in an innovative, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and nurture relationships with potential clients in the Social Care and Hospitality sectors.

  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to devise effective outreach strategies.

  • Initiate outbound communications with key decision-makers (Directors and C-Suite executives).

  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs.

  • Experiment with messaging to identify the most effective approaches.
