Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative, where your attention to detail and proactive approach will significantly enhance our sales process from the initial outreach to customer onboarding. You will be at the forefront of organizing meetings, updating our CRM, preparing tailored quotes, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Additionally, you will support our outbound efforts through targeted lead lists, making this role ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced startup setting and can navigate a technically-driven sales process with minimal supervision.
This position is fully remote and operates during U. S. EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Coordination
- Engage with inbound leads from various channels including website forms and referrals
- Coordinate and participate in discovery and demo calls with prospects (led by other team members)
- Document meeting notes, track follow-ups, and clarify next steps
- Regularly update and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) with relevant notes and updates on deal progression
Pipeline & Quote Management
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate customized quotes for prospects
- Follow up with prospects through email and automated campaigns
- Monitor all leads and deals within HubSpot pipeline views
Customer Onboarding & Internal Handoff
- Facilitate onboarding for new customers
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to technical support
- Proactively communicate with internal teams to minimize drop-offs
Outbound Support
- Conduct outreach using curated contact lists via email and LinkedIn
- Track engagement metrics, schedule calls, and refine messaging as necessary
- Maintain organized records of all outbound activities in HubSpot
