Your Role
We are in search of a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead our outbound sales initiatives. This position will play a crucial role in engaging and educating prospective customers who stand to gain from our climate management and decarbonization solutions. You will collaborate closely with a passionate founding team, dedicated to accelerating the adoption of our climate transition platform in sectors that require it the most. Your Responsibilities
Identify and seize opportunities. Utilize a data-driven methodology combined with a strong work ethic to build a robust pipeline across established and emerging market segments.
Engage and educate. Acknowledge our customers' diverse perspectives on climate and guide them toward understanding the positive business implications of a climate strategy.
Act with ownership. Employ creative problem-solving skills and proactively seek new ways to engage customers, maintaining a hands-on, collaborative approach.
Gain expertise in climate issues and our customers' operations. Understanding the complexities of climate challenges allows us to better assist our clients in refining their business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales development, with a demonstrated record of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
