About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive Claio's expansion in the health and dental sectors. This is a pivotal role for a skilled prospector who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and excels at building a pipeline from the ground up.

As a BDR, you will be the initial touchpoint for prospective customers, tasked with researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach strategies, and securing qualified meetings for our sales team. You will bring your own proven approach while assisting us in refining our strategies. If you have a history of exceeding quotas and are eager to make a significant impact in a growing company, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify target accounts within the healthcare and dental industries
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings
• Qualify inbound leads and evaluate fit based on established criteria
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking outreach activity and outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Claio product to effectively convey value to prospects
• Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks, messaging, and cadences based on effective practices.

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing pipeline and activity goals
• Strong prospecting abilities across various channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to customize messaging
• Self-motivated with a comfort for ambiguity and the fast-paced nature of startups
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, dental, or health tech sales.
