Your Role
We are on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Representative to bolster our sales team. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to the top of the sales funnel.
You'll work closely with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Operations to identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads from family offices and wealth managers to large financial institutions. This position is perfect for an individual who is curious, ambitious, and eager to develop a career in sales within a fast-growing fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with potential clients.
Qualify both inbound and outbound leads by identifying key decision-makers and assessing alignment with our offerings.
Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and Sales Directors.
Research target accounts and customize outreach with relevant insights and value propositions.
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce to ensure the sales funnel is clean and up to date.
Collaborate with Marketing to implement and follow up on campaigns and events.
