About the Position
We are on the lookout for a Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive strategic direction. This senior-level, hands-on leadership role will focus on content-driven marketing strategies while also prioritizing demand generation. We prefer candidates with a strong brand marketing background.
In this dual capacity as both a strategist and implementer, you will establish a clear vision, actively engage in execution, and oversee the scaling of our marketing team and systems as we grow.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive marketing strategy in alignment with company goals, collaborating closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the executive team.
Provide thought leadership in Content and Product Marketing:
Craft positioning, messaging, narratives, and essential marketing materials.
Develop scalable content creation systems.
Establish a premier demand management program:
Design and execute pipeline-driving campaigns across various channels (including paid media, lifecycle marketing, web conversion strategies, testing, and analytics).
Implement clear reporting and tools for tracking marketing performance metrics.
Manage field marketing and events:
Plan and execute engaging events to enhance brand visibility.
