About the Role
We are in search of a motivated and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for quickly grasping technical concepts. Ideally, you should have experience in sales development or engaging with engineering leaders. As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key player in our sales organization, responsible for qualifying and generating leads, prospecting new customers, driving event participation, and developing and executing sales campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Identify and research high-potential companies within Antithesis’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Engage prospects through multi-channel outreach including LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
Craft personalized, technical messaging that resonates with engineering leaders such as CTOs and Directors of Engineering.
Develop a strong understanding of Antithesis’s platform to assess its technical and business fit for prospect companies.
Effectively communicate the value of Antithesis’s platform in both technical and business contexts.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule and prepare for qualified meetings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
Work in tandem with Marketing and Revenue Operations to enhance campaigns and drive outreach initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends in distributed systems, testing, and reliability to better engage technical prospects.
