About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Airship, you will be instrumental in driving new customer acquisition and expanding our existing customer base in the APAC region. This role is designed for candidates with 1–2 years of sales development experience who are prepared to engage in high-impact, consultative discussions. You will not only be responsible for generating new prospects but also for initiating meaningful conversations with current customers regarding cross-sell and upsell opportunities, in collaboration with Account Executives and Growth Managers.
This position demands strong discovery skills, business acumen, and the ability to tailor discussions to address customer needs, utilizing relevant case studies to identify growth opportunities.
