The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth initiatives across Southeast Asia. In this pivotal role, you will identify, cultivate, and secure high-value enterprise opportunities, taking full ownership of your sales pipeline from initial prospecting to successful closure. Your collaboration with various teams will be essential in refining our market approach and elevating our presence in existing markets while venturing into new territories, all while establishing a robust and sustainable sales framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of expanding the Enterprise sales and partnership pipeline (including insurance, brokers, and third-party administrators), ensuring a consistent lead generation process to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Oversee the full sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract finalization.
- Craft strategic business development plans specifically tailored for enterprise HR, Benefits, and Wellness sectors across key markets.
- Enhance partner salesforce efficiency by providing necessary resources, conducting training sessions, and working closely with the Revenue team to advance opportunities.
- Continuously refine the ideal target persona as we expand into new markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, Product, Operations, and Clinical teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy, enhancing the sales process.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) to maintain pipeline integrity, derive insights, and forecast sales performance.
