Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business through proactive outreach and networking to identify and close high-potential clients. Manage the complete sales cycle: client acquisition through cold outreach, prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with Delivery, Legal, and Talent teams to create compelling, tailored client proposals. Represent the company at client meetings and events throughout the DACH region. Onboard new clients and manage relationships for the first 12 months post-acquisition. Ensure a smooth transition and long-term success by nurturing newly acquired accounts after closing. Maintain CRM systems and provide regular pipeline reporting. Utilize tools and resources to enhance outreach and client engagement.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our European team. This individual contributor role emphasizes acquiring new clients across the DACH region.

You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to closing new deals. After securing a deal, you will manage the account for 12 months before transitioning it to the account management team.

Collaboration with marketing and delivery teams will be essential in designing customized solutions and cultivating strong relationships with tech-savvy clients. Candidates should ideally be located in either Berlin or Vienna.

This position reports directly to the Business Development Director, EU (based in Vienna).
