Treatwell is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on payment solutions to join the team in Madrid. This role centers on expanding Treatwell's TPV/POS offering, blending new business acquisition with ongoing client relationship management. The position supports a strategic area of growth and involves both sales and post-sales activities, with an emphasis on nurturing existing accounts alongside generating new leads.
Role overview
The Business Development Manager will drive the integration and adoption of Treatwell’s payment solutions within the current client base and among new customers. The split is roughly 30% new business development and 70% account management, requiring both a consultative sales approach and a focus on long-term client success.
What you will do
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies for physical payment solutions.
- Grow sales of TPV/POS products by identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Advise clients on selecting the most suitable payment solutions for their needs.
- Share industry knowledge and best practices with colleagues and teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, Account Management, Activation, and Marketing.
- Track performance metrics and relay feedback to the product team to support ongoing improvement.
