In your role as the Business Development Manager - Marketing (Engage service line), your primary objective will be to spearhead strategic revenue growth within the North American video game market. Your extensive industry knowledge will be pivotal in securing valuable partnerships with global game publishers, articulating Keywords Studios’ unique capabilities in player engagement through data-driven insights and exceptional marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Revenue Driver: Identify, prospect, and finalize high-value opportunities with major global game publishers and developers.
- Service Articulation: Effectively promote the complete suite of Engage Marketing Services, customized for the gaming lifecycle:
- Strategy & Insights: Utilize Keywords Insights for player persona mapping and market analysis.
- Social & Influencer Marketing: Develop community-focused social strategies and execute global influencer campaigns for both AAA and indie titles.
- PR & Outreach: Obtain impactful media coverage and manage brand reputation within the gaming community.
- Creative Production: Collaborate with publishers to create trailers, key art, and high-impact digital assets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a sales roadmap focused on high-growth accounts in the gaming sector to surpass annual revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships within the marketing and publishing divisions of leading game companies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our global creative and production teams to propose integrated, top-tier marketing solutions that address complex client needs.
- Industry Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at major gaming events, including GDC, Summer Game Fest, PAX, and Gamescom.
