Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership: Design, implement, and assess comprehensive sales strategies to create and optimize opportunities within the designated region. Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Assume complete responsibility for the sales process—from lead conversion to successful closure—while consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets. Bid & Artifact Management: Spearhead the creation of high-quality sales documents, including pitch presentations, RfIs, RfPs, bids, and commercial proposals. Establish compelling 'Win Themes' and deliver convincing presentations to potential clients. Market Presence: Represent N-iX at local conferences and partnership events; engage with potential and existing clients at our offices and travel frequently to build and finalize opportunities. Strategic Account Development: Collaborate with N-iX leadership to identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

We are currently on the lookout for a Business Development Manager for the DACH region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for propelling the company’s growth by generating new Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within both new and existing accounts across the DACH territory. By leveraging partnerships and digital channels, you will be the vital link between client business needs and N-iX’s technological solutions. In addition to your individual sales efforts, you will collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives for acquiring new logos and fostering strategic partnerships, ensuring N-iX is recognized as a leading engineering partner.
