The ideal candidate will possess:At least 4 years of proven experience in customer acquisition and sales, with a minimum of 2 years in the international IT services sector, particularly in the areas of custom software development and time & materials models, focusing on the German and UK markets. Experience in selling solutions related to data and AI, with familiarity in Microsoft and/or Databricks technology stacks being a plus. A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets (including bookings, new logos, and margin). A successful track record in business development and acquiring new customers in international markets. A high level of motivation and commitment to working within an international clientele and partner environment. Excellent strategic sales planning capabilities. A robust understanding and existing network within the target commercial markets: UK, DACH, and Nordics.

As a Business Development Manager at inetum2, your primary objective will be to connect our innovative digital technology solutions, particularly in data and AI, with the strategic business goals of our clients. We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced professional in international sales to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling our IT services to international markets, with a focus on the UK, DACH, and Nordic regions.
  • Enhancing the company's sales capacity abroad by acquiring new customers and fostering collaboration with business partners.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of customer and market needs to identify requirements and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling value propositions and commercial offers.
  • Negotiating agreements and contracts for IT services.
  • Formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Generating leads and successfully converting potential clients from our Marketing and Lead Generation Team into long-term customers.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients and business partners.
