Responsibilities:Foster new business development while establishing long-term partnerships with scaling organizations. Manage pipeline health, new customer acquisition, revenue targets, and customer retention. Create and implement effective business development strategies aimed at sustainable growth and recurring revenue. Build trusted relationships with business owners, Managing Directors, CFOs, IT Managers, and operational leaders. Identify and cultivate new leads through networking, local events, referrals, outbound activities, and community engagement. Oversee and expand existing SMB accounts, recognizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with business needs. Conduct tailored product and solution demonstrations that effectively link technology outcomes to business impact (efficiency, security, scalability, cost control). Prepare and present proposals and commercial solutions tailored for SMB environments. Promote managed services including IT support, cloud solutions, infrastructure, cyber security, and Hardware as a Service (HaaS), emphasizing simplicity and value. Collaborate closely with Solutions and Delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success. Maintain rigorous CRM practices, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility of pipeline activities. Provide regular insights into your territory, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities within the SMB market. Qualifications:Demonstrated success in selling to small and medium businesses, consistently achieving revenue targets. Comprehensive understanding of the SMB landscape, including budget sensitivities, cash flow considerations, and practical decision-making processes. Experience in selling managed services, IT support, cloud solutions, or technology offerings to growing businesses. Strong commercial awareness regarding pricing, margins, and contract negotiations, coupled with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
