DataForce is an expanding segment dedicated to delivering high-quality data for Human-Machine Interaction to some of the world's most esteemed technology firms. Our team specializes in the collection, enhancement, and processing of training data essential for Machine Learning across various AI sectors.

As part of the TransPerfect family, the largest provider of language and technology solutions globally, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team across over 100 international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Qualify and quantify opportunities, driving prospects from lead generation to successful closure.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and success.
  • Draft and implement strategic business plans.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and industry trends.
  • Maintain detailed records of business opportunities using TransPerfect’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with production and technology teams across various time zones and cultures.
  • Generate and manage profitable business deals.
  • Track and manage KPIs, providing internal and client-facing status updates, including executive summaries on account health and opportunities.
  • Participate in tradeshows and contribute to marketing efforts through case studies and social media engagement.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily reports.
  • Assist in developing overall plans and budgets, ensuring financial health across assigned client engagements.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders regarding business and accounts.
  • Support training and adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
