Essential Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, demonstrating a successful track record in acquiring new clients. Exceptional mentorship and coaching abilities, actively uplifting team members while tackling challenges collaboratively. Proven experience interacting with senior decision-makers and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales processes. Self-motivated with the capacity to independently prospect, qualify, and close deals. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Additional Skills and Experience:Familiarity with job boards, HR technology, recruitment solutions, B2B SaaS, or marketplace models. Experience in off-the-shelf product sales instead of custom IT solutions. A well-established network within Singapore's enterprise sector. Previous experience in managing teams.

  • Proactive New Business Development: Strategically identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients within Singapore.
  • Lead Through Mentorship: Inspire and guide a dynamic team of two sales professionals (one focused on enterprise, the other on SME), enhancing their performance through effective coaching and practical support.
  • Build Executive Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with C-suite executives and key stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and various business divisions.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate detailed account strategies and sales plans aimed at penetrating targeted enterprise market segments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to refine the sales process and enhance the overall customer journey.
