Your Role:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Business Development Lead to spearhead Valtech's growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. This pivotal role is essential for driving sustainable business growth through data-driven insights, experimentation, and collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate is an expert in digital solution sales, with a strong analytical mindset, innovative approach, and a keen focus on execution.

To excel in this position, you should have extensive experience in the digital agency landscape, allowing you to effectively communicate the benefits of digital transformation to both B2B and B2C clients. As a digital native, you will adeptly translate digital trends and terminology into comprehensible value propositions for C-level executives.

Valtech serves as a strategic partner for our clients on their continuous digital transformation journeys. Your mission will be to understand the market, identify business challenges that can be addressed through digital solutions, and actively pursue opportunities with new client prospects.

You appreciate the value of immersive digital consulting over generic presentations, and you’re comfortable promoting a comprehensive service offering that encompasses strategy, creative solutions, data/AI, and technology.

Importantly, you recognize that digital encompasses much more than just a website. You are passionate about the impact of your work on real people and will be responsible for managing a streamlined and effective end-to-end sales process throughout the funnel.

You will be well-connected in the Singapore and APAC digital community. For this role, it is crucial to have experience in a setting similar to Valtech—either a Digital Transformation Consultancy or a Digital Agency—delivering solutions that merge creative design, technical expertise, and data/AI capabilities.
