In this role, you will assist in client communications, project coordination, and market research, all while mastering the art of report generation that influences strategic decisions. You will witness firsthand how campaigns are developed and how businesses thrive through data, creativity, and teamwork.
Your Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication:
- Support Account Managers with daily tasks, including preparation for client meetings, crafting communications, and maintaining client records.
- Gain insights into client interactions by observing calls and meetings, and potentially managing basic client inquiries under guidance.
Campaign/Project Management Support:
- Assist in managing campaigns for Digital and Influencer Marketing projects.
- Help the account team in defining project scope and timelines, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Contribute to meeting preparations, including presentation materials, creative assets, progress updates, and competitive analysis.
- Document notes and provide concise summaries during client meetings.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on existing clients to uncover new opportunities and analyze industry trends.
- Compile data to support account strategies and participate in strategic assessments.
- Perform thorough research on customer needs and competitor actions to identify ways to enhance user experience and improve sales effectiveness.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Assist in creating reports on account status, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare project progress reports that highlight risks, benefits, and KPI achievements.
