Leal is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Ciudad de Guatemala. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for transforming how businesses market themselves and engage with their customers, you have found the right opportunity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Launching new business initiatives for Leal by engaging with new merchants across Guatemala.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with Leal's partner merchants.
  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities by presenting and recommending innovative products or services from our portfolio.
  • Delivering exceptional service to our current merchant partners.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in commerce, targeted marketing, and customer loyalty.

Please note that in this role, you will not lead a team; however, you will coordinate with internal processes to ensure the success of your client portfolio.
