Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business analysis and/or quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK) and QA methodologies (e.g., ISTQB). Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of presenting to senior stakeholders. Proficiency in business analysis and QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, test automation suites).

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (BA/QA) Manager to join our team. This strategic leadership position is crucial for steering both our business analysis and quality assurance operations. The BA/QA Manager will mentor and guide a talented team of Business Analysts and QA professionals, ensuring that business requirements are meticulously documented, systems are rigorously tested, and the solutions we deliver align perfectly with our business goals and uphold the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between our business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful execution of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate the growth of a high-performing team of Business Analysts and QA specialists.
  • Establish clear team objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Business Analysis:

  • Oversee the comprehensive gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to extract requirements and clarify business needs.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement robust QA strategies, test plans, and procedures to guarantee the delivery of top-notch solutions.
  • Supervise the execution of both manual and automated tests, ensuring thorough coverage and effective defect tracking.
  • Drive continuous enhancements of QA processes and tools.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams.
  • Manage relationships with project sponsors, business owners, and external vendors.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders promptly.

Project Delivery:

  • Ensure timely project delivery within scope and to defined quality standards.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and team performance.
