Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of briefings, agendas, and documentation, including training materials and demonstrations for stakeholders.
- Document and analyze business and functional requirements to ensure accurate translation into process maps and technical specifications.
- Create comprehensive documentation that adheres to organizational standards, including system architecture diagrams, concepts of operations, and status reports.
- Develop high-level briefings and communication materials tailored for customers, management, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with government representatives and team members to identify, propose, and implement improvements in service delivery and technology adoption.
- Evaluate program materials and devise innovative strategies for enhancement.
- Independently collect information from subject matter experts to craft procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Atlassian products (Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence) to effectively convey complex product information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content to enhance clarity and engagement.
