We are on the lookout for a skilled Change Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a significant transformation project. This position is dedicated to guiding business change, articulating requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful adoption of changes across relevant teams. The perfect candidate will possess a methodical approach, a collaborative spirit, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders to foster clarity, alignment, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Analysis & Delivery

  • Evaluate existing processes, systems, and operational frameworks to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Design future-state processes, workflows, and business rules that align with project objectives.
  • Assist in change impact assessments, readiness activities, and business adoption strategies.
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to collect insights and cultivate a shared understanding.

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation

  • Gather and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional needs.
  • Ensure that requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with approved change outcomes.
  • Contribute to solution design by providing business context and representing stakeholder perspectives.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Develop strong relationships across various levels to collect feedback, resolve issues, and influence decisions.
  • Present findings, options, and recommendations in a clear and objective manner.
  • Assist with communication strategies, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Process & Operational Readiness

  • Map end-to-end processes, identify control points, and ensure preparedness for regulatory, customer, or operational impacts.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to effectively implement changes.
  • Support test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of business outcomes.
