The Co-Development Business Unit is currently seeking a Business Analyst.
This role involves collaboration with Singapore Government Agencies.

This is a fixed-term contract position with a duration of 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flourish in a systems-driven environment, adept at connecting various teams and communicating effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Drive product outcomes by providing actionable insights.
- Perform market analyses to pinpoint problem areas and assess opportunity sizes.
- Engage in end-to-end collaboration with product teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently under pressure while prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess a degree or diploma in computer science or product management is advantageous.
- Evaluate current solutions to uncover unique opportunities or areas for synergy.
- Conduct user interviews to gather insights that shape problem statements.
- Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and create dashboards for tracking performance.
- Analyze results post-launch to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess the impact of requested changes and evaluate resource requirements.
- Exhibit a proven track record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
